According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated February 13, 2003 No. 75 ON THE RULES OF RETAIL TRADE IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN clause 145 “Goods that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar product of others are not accepted for commission: size, shape, size, style, color or configuration; goods for the prevention and treatment of diseases at home; personal hygiene items, perfumes and cosmetics, garments and knitted underwear, hosiery, products and materials in contact with food, made of polymeric materials, including for single use, used, household chemicals, medicines ." The product is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
